     【摘要】目的研究乳腺癌患者中不同增殖活性的Ki67的表达及其表达水平与乳腺癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移的相关性。方法选取已手术的乳腺癌患者67例作为研究对象，根据Ki67的水平高低分为一组、二组、三组3组，将3组中各研究对象的临床分期及淋巴结转移两项临床指标进行统计学分析，比较乳腺癌患者中不同水平的Ki67与上述两项临床指标之间的相关性。结果一组中III+IV期临床分期总和所占的百分比为133%，二组中临床分期III+IV期所占的百分比为333%，三组中临床分期III+IV期所占的百分比为667%，经统计学分析，差异具有统计学意义(P<005)。一组中经统计淋巴结转移率为167%，二组中淋巴结转移率为361%，三组中淋巴结转移率为472%，统计学分析，差异具有统计学意义(P<005)。结论随着Ki67表达水平的逐渐升高，不同乳腺癌患者的临床分期及淋巴结转移率也随之升高，说明Ki67表达水平与乳腺癌患者的临床分期及淋巴结转移率之间具有一定的相关性。
