邻面浅龋的保守性银汞修复
【摘要】 目的比较后牙邻面龋保守性预备与传统预备的疗效。方法 选择后牙邻面龋未波及牙颌面的患者比例，随机选择50例进行保守性窝洞预备后用银汞合金充填作为观察组；另外50例按Black经典窝洞预备方式预备后用银汞合金充填作为对照组，比较两组治疗5年后的疗效。结果 观察组充填物折裂松脱例数与对照组相同，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 保守性预备比传统预备对牙体硬组织破坏少，且银汞合金充填二者固位性抗力性无差异，更值得推广。【关键词】 浅龋；邻面洞；银汞修复

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the healing efficacg that neighbour noodves shallow hole prepared by guarded way or tradition way.Methods Among 100 saffever who back tooth that neighbour noodves damaged but the bite noodves not,50 suffever selected using silver mercury obturated after the hole of nature prepared guarded as observing group,while another 50 suffever preparing by tradition way as compared group,to compare the healing effect of two groups after 5 years.Results The observing group was equal to the comparing group about silver mercury breaked and comeoff,no marked difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Tooth destroys of hole guarded prepared was short of tradition prepared,and resistance form and firmily form is indifferent,it is worth popularizing for emergeaey contraception. ......
