【摘要】 目的探讨应用显微外科技术治疗手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤。方法 选取2002年3月至2009年12月应用显微外科技术吻合血管治疗手部皮肤逆行脱套伤患者29例。结果 术后平均随访9个月,皮肤全部成活23例,部分成活4例,大部分坏死2例。结论 应用显微外科技术吻合血管,能取得令人满意的结果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore treatment skin avulsion injury in hand by microsurgical technology.Methods From Mar.2002 to Dec 2009,29 cases of skin avulsion injury in hand by microsurgical technology to vessel anastomosis.Result

    At final follow-up(mean,9 months),the 23 cases showed excellent,4 cases were paut excellent,2 cases were necrosis.Conclusion the vessel injury were treated with microsurgery and satisfactory effects were obtained.
