【摘要】 神经干细胞(NSCs)是指神经系统中终生保持增殖和分化潜能的细胞。影响神经干细胞分化的因素有生长因子,甲状腺激素和维甲酸,神经递质类和氧浓度等。此外,微环境(包括NSCs附近的神经细胞、基质细胞和胞外基质)、dsRNA也对神经干细胞分化产生影响。在脑损伤治疗中,神经干细胞应用前景广阔,但仍面临来源、分化调控、免疫排斥、安全等问题。

    Differentiation regulation and the application prospect in brain injury of the neural stem cells

    【Abstract】 Neural stem cells (NSCs) referred to the cells having the capability of self-renewal, differentiation potential in the nervous system.The regulation of NSCsare influenced by many factors including growth factors, thyroid hormone T3, retinoic acid (RA), neurotransmitter and oxygen concentration.In addition, microenvironment and dsRNA have effect on the differentiation.NSCscan be used in the treatment of brain injury.The prospect of the potential use of NSCsis optimistic, despite of practical problems, such as source of NSCs, approaches of regulation, immune rejection and safety relevant problems. ......
