【摘要】 目的 介绍人工血管置换术患者术前术中进行脏器保护的措施。方法 术前完善各项检查及基础治疗,术中要备多条通路,保持脏器的有效灌注,做好动脉压、中心静脉压的监测。结果 37例患者中一例深低温停循环14 min者昏迷72 h后苏醒,其余均无脏器损害发生。结论 体外循环下人工血管置换术患者术前术中重要脏器的保护直接关系到术后的顺利恢复和并发症的预防。

    【Abstract】 Objective To introduce artificial blood vessel replacement surgery carried out in patients with preoperative organ protection measures.Methods Carry out all inspections and basic treatment before operation, a number of pathways to prepare and maintain an effective organ perfusion on surgery, Implementation of the arterial pressure, central venous pressure monitoring. Results 37 patients, one case of deep hypothermic circulatory arrest were unconscious for 72 hours and 14 minutes after waking up, no other organ damage occurred.
