【摘要】 目的 总结24例老年人股骨转子间骨折术后护理经验,提高手术成功率。方法 选择2008年10月至2009年6月,在云浮市人民医院进行老年股骨转子间骨折手术治疗的24例患者,术后早期下床活动,指导功能锻炼,实施前膽性护理,减少护理并发症,降低髋内翻发生率。结果 24例患者术后无发生护理并发症,原有内科病患者病情稳定,术后3～6个月随访,手术效果较满意,复查X线照片,骨折均愈合,无假体松动、脱出。结论 老年患者手术风险大,做好手术后护理,提高骨科专科护理质量,减少并发症,是手术成功的保证。

    Nursing the Aged Patients with Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures.

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo improve the rate of successful operation after summing up the experience of nursing 24 cases of aged patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 24 aged patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were operated on in our hospital from October,2008 to June,2009. When they could get out of bed to limber themselves up, we gave them some advice on functional exercise. We carried out the predictable nursing to reduce complications and reduce the rate of deforming the hip.Results The 24 cases of aged patients with femoral intertrochantric fractures had no complications. Those who have some internal problems remained stable. We visited the patients after 3-6 months. We were pleased to see that the operational effect was very satisfying. When we looked at the photos remade by X-rays, we saw that the fractures healed well and the artificial limb didn’t loose or come off.Conclusions It’s dangerous for the aged patients to have an operation. So we must nurse the patients properly and improve the quality of nursing in the orthopedics to reduce complication and guaranteed the successful operation. ......
