Gamma钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗效果。方法 应用Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折92例，采用闭合复位和切开复位进行手术操作，术后指导患者进行功能锻炼。结果 平均住院天数为18 d,术后随访示骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间11.7周。关节功能优62例，良28例。结论Gamma钉对老年股骨粗隆部骨折是一种损伤小、并发症少、操作简单安全、固定确切的治疗方法。

Treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur with gamma nails
【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment effect of intertrochanteric fractures of femur by Gamma nails.Methods The Gamma nails were used for 92 patients suffering from intertrochanteric fractures of femur，by closed reduction or open reduction .Directive physical exercises began after operations.Results The average hospitalization period was 18 days. All the cases got bony healing of the fractures and the healing period was 11.7 weeks.There were 62 cases who got an excellent function joint,and 28 cases got a good function joint.Conclusion The treatment by Gamma nails for intertrochanteric fractures of femur is an optimal measure with less invasion,simple and safe opration,credible fixation. ......
