醒脑开窍针刺法对缺血性中风偏瘫患者细胞因子的影响的临床研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察醒脑开窍针刺法对缺血性中风偏瘫患者细胞因子的影响。方法 将72例缺血性中风偏瘫患者随机分为A、B 2组，A组为醒脑开窍针刺法组(36例)，B组为体针组(36例)，观察两种针法治疗后对缺血性中风偏瘫患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α ) 、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白介素-6(IL-6)值的影响。结果 2组治疗后第20天，血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的数值均较治疗前显著下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；而A组的血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6水平明显低于B组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 上述细胞因子参与了缺血性中风的病理发展过程，醒脑开窍针刺法治疗缺血性中风恢复期的作用机理可能与其调节TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6水平有关。
