三七地下部位皂甙成分的HPLC测定及含量比较

【摘要】 建立三七中皂苷HPLC含量测定分析方法，通过比较三七中主要成分人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1及三七皂苷R1的含量，探讨三七地下部位中皂苷的分布情况。结果表明：在三七地下部位中，总皂苷以剪口为高，筋条最低，不同大小的主根之间没有明显区别。同一部位中各皂苷的含量Rg1>Rb1>R1。

【Abstract】 Establish the analysis method for determination of the content of saponin in panax notogineseng by HPLC.Discuss the distribution situation of saponin in underground position of panax notogineseng by comparing the content of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in panax notogineseng.The results show that the content of total saponinin in rhizome is the highest and rootlet is the lowest while no significant difference of content exist in different sizes of main root.In the taproot,the contents of different saponin is as following：Rg1>Rb1>R1. ......
