28例胆总管探查术后不放置T管临床分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨胆总管探查术后不放置T管的可行性和适应证。方法 对28例胆总管探查术后不放置T管患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 全部患者均顺利康复，无胆漏。平均住院时间10 d。住院费用减少。随访1年，无胆管狭窄表现。结论 适应证：①术中证实胆道无结石残留;②胆管壁无明显炎性反应水肿;③胆总管内径>0.8 cm；④胆总管下端通畅。掌握好适应证，胆总管探查术后不放置T管行一期缝合是安全可行性的。不失为肝胆外科医师的良好选择。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility and indications the common bile duct exploration practice without T tube. Methods Review analysis of the illness material of the common bile duct exploration practice without T tube. Results All the case smoothly recovery, without bile leakage. The average time in hospital was 10 days. no bile duct narrow complication within one year’s follow-up visits.Conclusion Indications：①The radiography confirmed the biliary duct does not have the stone remaining;②The gallbladder pipe wall does not the obvious inflammation dropsy;③Gallbladder main pipe inside diameter ≥ 0 ......
