摘要 中风病，现代医学称之为脑卒中，是导致我国居民死亡的首要原因。中医对中风病的认识历史悠久，并形成了其独特的诊疗体系。临床中风病急性期患者常见腑实便秘的症状，并且腑实消长随着病势顺逆的变化而变化。近年来，通腑法在中风病急性期中的作用日益受到临床重视，本文拟对通腑法治疗中风病急性期的研究进展进行概述，为通腑法治疗中风病急性期的继承与发展提供可靠的理论依据。
