[摘要] 傣族民间谚语内容丰富，包罗甚广。其中，包含着医学知识和医药文化内容的养生保健谚语俯拾皆是。本文从饮食、环境、卫生防疫、民间草药和土方等几个方面对傣族独具民族特色且富有实用价值的养生保健理论及实践进行阐释，呈现傣医药优秀的知识和文化。

    、[Abstract] Folk proverbs in Dai nationality are all-inclusive. Medical knowledge and medicine culture are among them. The thesis mainly elucidates dietary， environment， epidemic prevention， herb medicine and traditional cure， from which the unique and practical health care in Dai nationality can be reflected. The splendid knowledge and culture in Dai nationality can be seen as well.
