[摘要] 随着我国人口老龄化的持续发展，老年人已成为占有医疗资源的重要群体。如何应对人口老龄化所带来的老年健康服务，尤其是护理需求的增加是护理专业面临的现实问题。本文从护理需求的概念、国内外老年人护理需求的评价工具、内容、影响因素、满足情况几方面的研究现状进行了总结，以期为调查和满足住院老年人的护理需求提供方法或参考依据，从而提高老年护理服务质量和满意度。
