宫颈鳞癌组织淋巴管分布及密度的研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的:研究宫颈鳞癌组织淋巴管分布、密度及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法:以D2-40单克隆抗体应用免疫组化P-V二步法检测63例宫颈浸润鳞癌组织内、癌旁及11例正常宫颈组织内的淋巴管密度(LVD),采用SPSS 17.0统计软件包进行统计学处理。结果:①宫颈浸润鳞癌组织内(7.21±2.30)及癌旁(9.71±2.07)LVD均明显高于正常宫颈组织(1.55±1.04),差异有高度统计学意义(均P=0.000)。癌旁LVD明显高于癌组织内,差异有高度统计学意义(Z=-5.778;P=0.000)。②癌组织内LVD与病理分级及淋巴转移有关(均P<0.05);癌旁LVD与病理分级、间质浸润深度及淋巴转移有关(均P<0.05)。结论:宫颈浸润鳞癌内的淋巴管分布存在一定规律性,新生淋巴管形成对宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展和淋巴转移起重要作用,且癌旁淋巴管的作用更强。

    Investigation of lymphatic vessel density and distribution in cervical sqamous cell carcinoma

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the relationship of lymphatic vessel density (LVD) and distribution with clinicopathological parameters of cervical sqamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical (IHC) staining was used to detect D2-40 labeled intratumoral LVD and peritumoral LVD in 63 cases of invasive cervical sqamous cell carcinoma and LVD in 11 cases of benign cervix tissue. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 soft-ware. Results: ①Compared with benign cervix tissue, the intratumoral LVD and peritumoral LVD in invasive cervical sqamous cell carcinoma were significantly increased (all P=0.000). In addition, peritumoral LVD was significantly higher compared with intratumoral LVD in invasive cervical sqamous cell carcinoma (Z=-5.778;P=0.000). ②High intratumoral LVD showed significant correlation with histological grade and lymphatic metastasis; peritumoral LVD was significantly associated with histological grade, depth of stromal invasion and lymphatic metastasis (all P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a certain regularity in lymphatic vessel distribution of invasive cervical sqamous cell carcinoma. Lymphangiogenesis maybe play an important role in the tumorigenesis, development and lymphatic metastasis of cervical sqamous cell carcinoma ......
