[摘要] 目的:研究吸烟对人体肺功能的影响,提高人们早期戒烟意识。方法:应用MedGraphics 1085D肺功能仪(美国)对我院体检中心161例健康成年人进行肺功能检测,探讨吸烟对肺功能的影响。结果:吸烟组中FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC明显低于对照组(P<0.05);小气道功能指数FEF50%、FEF75%、MMEF显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:健康吸烟者肺通气功能较非吸烟者有不同程度的下降,且以阻塞性通气功能及小气道功能损害为主;肺功能检查对气道疾病早期诊断具有重要意义。
