小檗碱降血糖机制的研究进展

     摘要:目前糖尿病已成为世界三大疾病之一,开发安全有效的药物治疗此病已成为学者们研究的热点。传统中药黄连所含的小檗碱降血糖效果明显,但对小檗碱的降糖机制尚有不同见解。本文综述了小檗碱的降血糖机制,为进一步开发研究小檗碱类药物提供理论参考。

    Progress on Hypoglycemic Mechanism of berberine

    Abstract:Diabetes mellitus(DM) has become one of three most dangerous diseases at present and the development of safe and effective therapeutic drugs also has been a research hot spot. The recent studies show that the berberine extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Coptis chinensis Franch. had obvious hypoglycemic effect. But there are different opinions on the hypoglycemic mechanism of berberine. This article summarizes the hypoglycemic mechanism of berberine in order to provide theoretical reference for the further development and research on berberine. ......
