【摘 要】目的：观察健康教育护理对胃溃疡患者的影响。方法：择取2019年8月至2020年2月收治78例胃溃疡患者进行研究，抛掷硬币随机分组，反面39例入常规组实施常规护理，正面39例入研究组予以健康教育护理，统计两组健康知识优良率和生活质量评分。结果：组间比较，研究组健康知识优良率和生活质量评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：健康教育可以转变胃溃疡患者对疾病的认知和负性思维模式，对心绪的调节、健康管理模式的建立和生活质量的改善有益，可示范普及。

    Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of health education and nursing on patients with gastric ulcer. Methods： 78 patients with gastric ulcer from August 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups： 39 in the negative group and 39 in the positive group. The excellent rate of health knowledge and the quality of life were counted. Results： the excellent rate of health knowledge and the score of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
