【摘 要】目的：分析心理干预护理在甲亢患者护理中的临床效果。方法：选取2019年1月至2020年6月本院收治的68例甲亢患者，任意编号划入干预组与参照组(n=34)。参照组行常规护理，干预组在此基础上施以心理干预护理，比较患者的自我效能感。结果：干预组病患的自我认知、治疗环境、病情控制感及自信心评分均相对较高，与参照组评分比较有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：心理干预护理可增强甲亢患者的治疗信心，缓解患者的负性情绪，建议推广使用。
