【摘 要】目的 分析胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的护理。方法 选取于本院进行胺碘酮治疗的心力衰竭合并心律失常患者47例，所有患者均采用临床护理干预，回顾分析护理效果。结果 经护理后，患者用药不良反应发生率为2.13%，而护理后的身体功能、心理功能、角色功能、社会功能等评分均明显高于护理前(P<0.05)。结论 胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的临床护理干预效果较好，可及时预防、处理患者用药不良反应。
