【摘 要】目的：探讨胃肠外科护理管理中护理风险管理的应用效果。方法：选取我院2016年1月～2018年1月胃肠外科护理护理人员30名作为研究对象，这30名护理人员在2016年1月～2017年1月并没有接受护理风险管理，只是接受了常规的胃肠外科护理管理；而2017年1月～2018年1月这30名护理人员则在常规胃肠外科护理管理的基础上接受了护理风险管理，然后比较护理风险关系前后30名护理人员的各项护理能力评分。结果：风险管理后胃肠外科护理人员的各项护理能力评分均明显高于护理风险管理前(P<0.05)。结论：在常规护理管理基础上对胃肠外科护理人员进行护理风险管理，能够有效提高护理人员的护理能力。

    Abstract Objective：To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in gastrointestinal surgery nursing management. METHODS： Thirty pediatric pediatric nursing nursing staff from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as study subjects.
