针灸配合中药外敷治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析(1)
【摘 要】目的：研究分析针灸配合中药外敷治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法：在2016年2月到2017年2月之间，随机选取我院收治的老年腰椎间盘突出症患者60例，采用双盲法分为两组，对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上采用中药外敷治疗，观察组在对照组患者的基础上采用针灸治疗，分析临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的治疗性总有效率为96.6%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为73.3%，对比差异显著，同时满足P<0.05，具有统计学意义。观察组患者完全独立或轻度依赖的患者例数明显高于对照组，且观察组患者的M-JOA、VAS评分均低于对照组，对比差异显著，且P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：对老年腰椎间盘突出症患者采用针灸配合中药外敷治疗，临床效果显著，具有推广价值。

The effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of senile lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.

Abstract Objective： To study the curative effect of acupuncture and Chinese medicine external treatment to treat senile lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods： in February 2016 to February 2016， randomly selected from our hospital patients with 60 cases of elderly lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion， double-blind method was divided into two groups， control group patients on the basis of routine therapy using Chinese medicine external treatment， on the basis of the observation group of patients in the control group using acupuncture and moxibustion treatment， analysis the clinical therapeutic effect. Results： the therapeutic observation group of patients the total effective rate was 96.6%， the treatment of patients with control group the total effective rate was 73.3%， significant difference was found in contrast， at the same time satisfy the P<0.05， with statistical significance. Completely independent or mild rely on observation group patients were obviously higher than that of control group， and the observation group of patients with M - JOA， VAS scores were lower than the control group， significant difference was found in contrast， and P<0.05， with statistical significance. Conclusion： for patients with elderly lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with acupuncture and Chinese medicine external treatment， clinical effect is remarkable， the value for popularization.

腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见的一种疾病，腰椎间盘的退行性改变是引起疾病的主要因素。随着年龄的增长髓核表现为含水量降低，进而引起椎节失稳等小范围的病理性改变，长期、反复的外力会引起损害进而加重退变的程度。老年患者椎间盘逐渐缺乏血液循环，自我修复能力差，若椎间盘所承受的压力突然升高，会造成髓核突出。髓核从组织中突出至后方或椎管内，压迫、刺激脊神经根，产生腰痛，影响患者的日常生活。本次研究在在2016年2月到2017年2月之间选取我院收治的老年腰椎间盘突出症患者，分析针灸配合中药外敷治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症疗效，详细结果见下文。, 百拇医药(刘雪莲)
