【摘 要】目的：探讨谷氨酰胺肠内营养在急性胰腺炎治疗中的效果。方法：观察组给予谷氨酰胺肠内营养，对照组给予常规肠内营养。结果：观察组的各项预后指标均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：谷氨酰胺肠内营养在急性胰腺炎治疗中的疗效较好。
