【摘要】目的：真实地了解性病患者的心理感受及存在的心理问题，为性病患者的心理护理提供依据。方法：采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法，与患者以面对面，半结构式深度访谈的方式全面收集资料，运用Claizzi现象学分析法提炼访谈主题。结果：性病患者在患病过程的不同阶段均存在不同程度的心理问题，将发现的心理问题的主题列出来。结论：面对性传播疾病患者存在的不同心理问题，寻找临床解决方案，有针对性地采取心理护理方法。
