【摘 要】 性唤起是指通过对外部性刺激(如：视觉、听觉性刺激、性爱抚)和内部性刺激(如：性幻想)的加工所产生的一种情绪状态。性唤起包括生理、心理以及认知等相互作用的成分组成。生理方面的性唤起包括心血管系统(如心率、血压和呼吸的改变)、生殖器的反应(如男性阴茎勃起、女性阴道充血)、内分泌系统其它生理方面的变化等。本文参阅国内外相关文献，对性唤起的生殖器测量方法做一简单介绍。

    【Abstract】 Sexual arousal is an emotional state induced by stimulation of external (e.g., visual, auditory,tactile) or internal (e.g., fantasy) forces. Sexual arousal involves physiological, emotional and cognitive components. The physiological aspect of sexual arousal includes changes in cardiovascular function, respiration changes, and genital responses such as erection in men, and vasocongestion in women. This paper reviewed the latest literature and introduced the genital measurement of sexual arousal.
