【摘要】目的：从健康档案的角度探讨如何才能彻底改善社区卫生服务质量。方法：基于社区卫生工作的实际要求，分析建立健康档案的内容、基本要求、现状与意义，从而来寻求一种科学的管理方法。结果：完善健康档案的内容与格式，使其管理与使用变得更加计算机化与网络化。结论：建立和合理利用健康档案，可以显著提高社区卫生的服务质量。
