【摘要】目的：探讨了查对制度在手术室管理中的应用它所存在的一些问题。方法：分析2013年2月至2014年3月这段时间内在我院的123例查对问题。结果：很容易出现问题的重要环节：医嘱执行占21.14%，查对占21.14%，输液占16.26%。结论：对查对制度的重点环节一定要特别注意，在手术管理中的每一个环节都要注重控制质量。
