在窦房结疾病或间歇性房室传导阻滞行DDD(R)起搏器植入后，随访时应及时优化房室间期 ，尽可能减少不必要的右室心尖部起搏，能降低房颤和心衰发生的危险性。KAPPA 700/900 系列双腔起搏器的AV search功能可有效减少非必须的心室起搏，促进自身心室激动，给患 者带来更好的血流动力学的益处；同时可减少起搏器电能的消耗，延长起搏器的使用寿命。
