【Abstract】 It overviewed the care situation of postoperative patient-controlled analgesia pump and the care point of patient-controlled analgesia pump and the complications after using analgesia pump at home and abroad. This article also pointed out that nurses and patients have less understanding of the paint pump at present， and it is important for nurses to acquire the knowledge at first， and then they can teach and guide patients how to use it.
