蜂房对H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用的实验研究(1)

     摘要:目的:观察蜂房对小鼠移植性肝癌H22肿瘤生长的抑制作用。方法:建立H22肝癌移植瘤小鼠模型,随机分为盐水对照组、氟尿嘧啶组、蜂房高剂量组和蜂房低剂量组共4组。治疗期间记录各组小鼠的体重变化并观察小鼠生存状态,用药14天后取瘤称重,计算抑瘤率、肝/体比、肾/体比、脾脏指数以及用药前后的体重变化等指标。结果:蜂房可抑制小鼠体内肿瘤的生长,蜂房高、低剂量组的抑瘤率分别为31.96%、27.84%,与盐水对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经治疗后蜂房各组小鼠体重与盐水对照组及治疗前比较变化不明显(P>0.05),蜂房高、低剂量组与氟尿嘧啶组比较,肝/体比、脾脏指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蜂房能够抑制小鼠H22肝癌的生长,同时对小鼠重要器官可能具有一定的保护作用。

    Experimental Research of Nidus Vespae on Hepatocarcinoma in H22 Mice Cancer-bearing

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the inhibitory effect of nidus vespae on H22 transplanted tumor in mice. Methods:The BALB/C mice bearing H22 hepatocellular carcinoma were established and randomly divided into four groups:saline control group,5-FU group,high-dose nidus vespae group and low-dose nidus vespae group. The body weights and survival condition of all mice were recorded. After 14 days, the tumors were taken out and weighted. Then the inhibiting rate was calculated. After which their livers, spleens and kidneys were isolated and weighed to calculate the liver/body ratio, kidney/body ratio and spleen indexes.Results:The experiment showed nidus vespae had inhibitory effects on tumor growth. Compared with the saline control group, the inhibiting rates in high-dose nidus vespae group and low-dose nidus vespae group were 31.96% and 27.84% respectively.Weight change of the nidus vespae groups was not obvious (P>0.05) compared to saline control group and before treatment. The test showed the liver/body ratio and spleen indexes in nidus vespae groups were apparent deferent from that of 5-FU group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Nidus vespae can inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor in mice bearing hepatocellular carcinoma.
