芪白平肺胶囊对慢阻肺痰瘀阻肺证模型大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响(1)

摘 要：目的：探讨芪白平肺胶囊(原名金泰胶囊)对慢阻肺痰瘀阻肺证模型大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法：采用复合因素造模方法复制慢阻肺痰瘀阻肺证大鼠模型，造模的同时给予芪白平肺胶囊、川芎嗪、硝苯地平，观察大鼠一般状况及T淋巴细胞亚群(CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/ CD+8)的变化。结果：模型组CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/ CD+8较正常组明显下降(P<0.01)，模型组CD+8较正常组明显升高(P<0.01)；芪白平肺胶囊高剂量组各参数与正常组无差异(P>0.05)；硝苯地平组各参数较模型组无差异(P>0.05)；川芎嗪组各参数较模型组及芪白平肺胶囊高剂量组均有显著差异(P<0.01)；芪白平肺胶囊低剂量组各参数较模型组及芪白平肺胶囊高剂量组均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论：芪白平肺胶囊可升高慢阻肺痰瘀阻肺证CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/ CD+8水平，降低CD+8水平。

Effect of Qibai Pingfei Capsule on T-lymphocytes Subsets of Rats with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome of COPD

Abstract:Objective：To discuss the effect of Qibai Pingfei capsule (formerly known as Jin Tai capsules) on T-lymphocytes subsets of rats with the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of COPD. Methods：Complex factors was used to make model，copy rats with the phlegm and blood stasis of COPD，At the same time，give Qibai Pingfei，ligustrazine and nifedipine，to observe the general condition of rats and the change of CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/ CD+8 indexes. Results：Model group CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/ CD+8 than the normal group decreased obviously(P<0.01)，Model group CD+8 than the normal group increased significantly(P<0.01)；the CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/ CD+8 of Qi BaiPing lung capsule high-dosage groups and normal group，there is no difference (P>0.05)；Nifedipine group parameters than model group without difference (P>0.05)；Ligustrazine group CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/ CD+8 with model group and the Qibai Pingfei capsule high-dosage groups，it has significant difference (P<0.01).The CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/ CD+8 of Qibai Pingfei capsule low doses groups has significantly difference with model group and Qibai Pingfei capsule high-dosage groups (P<0 ......
