脂汰清颗粒对实验性动脉粥样硬化兔主动脉弓超微结构的影响(1)

    摘 要:目的:探讨脂汰清颗粒对实验性动脉粥样硬化兔主动脉弓超微结构的影响。方法:将新西兰兔随机选取10只作空白对照组,喂普通饲料;其余按高脂饲料配方1饲喂6周,制成高脂血症模型,再随机分为模型组、脂汰清治疗组、辛伐他汀对照组、山楂精降脂片对照组。从第7周开始,正常组喂全价营养饲料,余组改喂高脂饲料配方2。同时,脂汰清组及两对照组分别给相应溶化药物,空白组和模型组给等量生理盐水,灌胃,连续11周后检测总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI(apo AI)、载脂蛋白B(apo B),扫描电镜下观察主动脉弓组织内膜超微结构的病理变化。结果:脂汰清组可显著降低CHO、LDL-C、ApoB(P<0.05,P<0.01),升高HDL-C(P<0.05),抑制、修复血管内皮细胞超微结构损伤。结论:脂汰清颗粒有较好的调节血脂代谢、抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的作用。

    The Effects Of Zhitaiqing Granule On Ultrastructure Of The Aortic Arch In Rabbit With Experimental Atherosclerosis

    Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of Zhitaiqing granule on ultrastructure of the aortic arch in rabbit with experimental atherosclerosis. Methods: Choose 10 New Zealand rabbits as blank control randomly and feed them with normal forage, while the rest rabbits are fed with high-fat forage in formula A. After six weeks, hyperlipidemia models are formed and randomly divided into model group, Zhitaiqing treatment group, simvastatin control group and hawthorn tablet control group. From the 7th week, rabbits in treatment and control groups are fed with corresponding drugs while the blank and model groups with the same quantity of normal saline by lavage. After 11 weeks, total cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), high - density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein AI (apo AI), apolipoprotein B (apo B).With the help of scanning electron microscopy, observe the ultrastructure of the aortic arch intimal pathological changes in the organization. Results: in Zhitaiqing group, CHO, LDL-C, and ApoB reduced dramatically (P<0.05, P<0.01), at the same time, HDL-Cr ose (P<0.05), which prohibit vascular endothelial cell ultrastructure injuries. Conclusion:Zhitaiqing Granule takes effects in adjusting the lipid metabolism and anti-atherosclerosis.
