自然衰老ICR小鼠进入围绝经期时限的研究(1)

     摘 要:目的:探讨自然衰老小鼠进入围绝经的时限。方法:通过观察阴道脱落细胞,了解自然衰老及青年小鼠的动情周期情况,比较其卵巢组织形态及血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、促黄体激素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)含量,判定小鼠进入围绝经期。结果:11~12月龄的ICR小鼠动情周期紊乱;成熟卵泡减少,黄体数目下调;血清E2、P水平均明显降低,FSH及LH水平均明显升高。结论:11~12月龄的ICR小鼠已经进入了自然围绝经状态。

    Study on Latitude of Peri-menopausal Period of Natural Ageing ICR Mice

    Abstract:Objective:To discuss the latitude of peri-menopausal period of natural ageing ICR mice. Methods:To assess the perimenopausal model of mice,estrous cycles of natural ageing ICR mice and young mice were comprehended through observing cast-off cells of the vagina, and also their tissue appearances of ovaries and contents of estradiol(E2),progesteron(P),follicule-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in blood serum were compared.Results:Estrous cycles of mice in eleven to twelve months were disordered, and numbers of mature follicle and corepus luteum of their ovary were decreased,while immature follicles were increased. Contents of E2,P in serum were cut down obviously,while FSH and LH rised significantly. Conclusion:Mice of eleven to twelve months were in perimenopausal state. ......
