外科医生对乳腺癌术后重建态度的调查分析(1)

     [摘要]目的:探讨外科医生对乳腺癌术后患者是否选择重建的态度。方法:向工作在苏州的70位普通外科的医生,以问卷调查的方式获取其对乳房重建认可程度的相关信息。结果:74.3%的医生会向患者提供乳房再造手术的信息,77.1%的会介绍整形外科医生给病人,但两年内施行了10个以上再造手术的只占被调查医生的10%,但82.4%的医生在两年内再造手术只行了2个以下。结论:笔者需要让普外科医生了解再造手术的过程及相关信息,并加强普外科医生与整形外科医生的合作,进行乳房重建手术的进一步扩大开展。
