    刘玉生,男,1965年生,1988年毕业于河南医科大学,1993年获中国协和医科大学整形外科专业医学硕士学位,现为东莞市人民医院整形外科主治医师。[摘 要] 目的:探讨单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形的手术疗效。 方法:通过对鼻翼软骨,鼻翼、鼻孔基底环状复合结构的修复和整体旋转复位治疗单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形。 结果:自1994年1月至1999年8月共用此手术治疗36例,效果满意,其中23例进行了3个月～24个月的随访均未见并发症发生。 结论:本手术切口相对隐蔽,复位良好,安全可靠,效果满意。

    [Abstract] Objective:To investigate a procedure for correction of the secondary deformity of unilateral cleft lip nose. Methods:The deformity of the cleft lip nose was corrected by repair and reposition the complex of alar cartilage ring on the clef side. Results:Since Jan. 1994 to Aug. 1999,a total of 36 cases were treated by this procedure with satisfactory results,34 cases of whom had been followed up for 3～24 months showed no complications. Conclusion:This method is an ideal procedure for the satisfactory results. ......
