加味下气汤辅助治疗中虚气滞型胃食管反流病60例临床观察(1)
【摘 要】 目的：觀察加味下气汤辅助治疗中虚气滞型胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法：选取中虚气滞型胃食管反流病患者120例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组60例。对照组采用常规西医治疗，观察组在此基础上采用加味下气汤治疗，两组均治疗8周。治疗后观察并比较两组临床疗效，记录其症状缓解时间、中医证候积分和生活质量指标水平的变化、比较两组不良反应发生率。结果：两组治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率98.33%高于对照组的88.33%(P<0.05);观察组症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);中医证候积分较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05);随访发现，观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应率5.00%VS1.67%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：采用加味下气汤辅助治疗中虚气滞型胃食管反流病其疗效确切，症状改善明显，安全可靠，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Observation on 60 Cases of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Deficiency and Qi Stagnation in the Treatment of Jiawei Xiaqi Decoction

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xiaqi Decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease of deficiency Qi stagnation type.Methods 120 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) of deficiency-qi stagnation type were randomly divided into control group and observation group， 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine， while the observation group was treated with Jiawei Xiaqi Decoction on this basis. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.
