【摘 要】 脑炎后精神障碍为脑炎常见并发症，为大脑中枢神经系统(脑实质)受累，神经炎症反应所致脑功能区域分布系统的正常功能受到影响，出现植物神经功能紊乱及精神障碍的表现。采用火针点刺十三鬼穴，隔盐灸神阙穴，配合针刺及中药辨证治疗，可取得一定疗效。
