摘 要 目的：评估研究健康管理对高尿酸血症患者综合干预效果。方法：2010年5月-2013年2月收治高尿酸血症患者150例，实施健康管理干预，评估干预前后健康知识知晓率与血尿酸、血糖、血压、血脂和体重指数变化情况。结果：干预后患者对高尿酸血症概念、危害、危险因素、饮食注意、生活方式注意、合理运动、药物作用、相关检查等知识的知晓率显著升高，血尿酸、胆固醇、甘油三酯、体重指数显著下降，前后对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：健康管理对高尿酸血症患者综合干预效果显著，可显著提升患者健康知识知晓率，改善生活习惯，有助于防治心脑血管疾病。
