保妇康栓治疗妊娠合并慢性宫颈炎的疗效分析(1)
摘要：目的 观察保妇康栓治疗妊娠合并慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法 将我院2016年3月～2017年8月收治的82例妊娠合并慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组，各41例。对照组患者采用甲硝唑片治疗，试验组患者用保妇康栓治疗，观察两组临床症状改善情况，评估其临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组下腹腰骶疼痛、白带增多、排尿异常、宫颈糜烂等症状消失时间分别为(4.23±1.43)d、(7.53±1.45)d、(4.46±1.25)d、(10.24±2.07)d，均短于对照组的(7.06±1.02)d、(9.73±1.41)d、(6.82±1.06)d、(15.52±1.32)d，差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);试验组总有效率为95.12%，高于对照组的80.49%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为2.44%，低于对照组的19.51%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 保妇康栓治疗妊娠合并慢性宫颈炎，可加快患者临床症状的缓解速度，疗效明显，安全性高，值得应用。

Abstract：Objective Observation of the clinical efficacy of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with chronic cervicitis. Methods 82 patients with chronic cervicitis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group， 41 patients for each group. Patients in the control group were treated with metronidazole tablets. Patients in the experimental group were treated with Baofukang suppository. Observed the improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups and assess its clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results In the experimental group， the lower back lumbosacral pain， vaginal discharge increased， abnormal urination， cervical erosion and other symptoms， the above symptoms were disappeared at(4.23±1.43)d、(7.53±1.45)d、(4.46±1.25)d、(10.24±2.07)d，Both are shorter than the control group(7.06±1.02)d、(9.73±1.41)d、(6.82±1.06)d、(15.52±1.3)d，the difference between the two has statistical significance (P<0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.12%， which was higher than that of the control group 80.49%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.44%， which was lower than that of the control group 19.51%，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository for the treatment of pregnancy with chronic cervicitis can speed up the relief of clinical symptoms， the treatment effect is obviousand high safety， which is worthy of application.
