Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between dyslipidemia and the severity of coronary artery disease in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 150 elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) who were diagnosed with coronary heart disease (CHD) from May 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in the CHD group. 150 non-CHD patients were enrolled in the same period. For the control group. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum were compared between the two groups, and N-HDL-C and LDL were calculated. -C/N-HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C values. Compare the blood lipids and their ratios of CHD patients with different coronary lesions and severity of different diseases. Correlation analysis was performed on the scores of blood lipids and coronary lesions and the severity of the disease. Results The levels of LDL-C, TG, TC, N-HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C in the CHD group were higher than those in the control group, and the HDL-C level was low. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); there were statistically significant differences in TC, TG, N-HDL-C levels, and TC/HDL-C ratios among the subgroups of different coronary lesions (P<0.05); TC, TG, N-HDL-C level, TC/HDL-C ratio were positively correlated with coronary artery lesions (P<0.05); LDL-C between subgroups of different severity of disease TC, TG, N-HDL-C levels, LDL-C/HDL-C, TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C ratios were statistically significant (P<0.05); CHD patients with LDL-C, TC, TG, N-HDL-C level, LDL-C/HDL-C, TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C ratio were positively correlated with coronary artery lesion scores (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical evaluation of CHD can be evaluated by monitoring the blood lipid index and calculating N-HDL-C, TC/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, TC/HDL-C, and TG/HDL-C values. progress.,
