综合康复治疗肩周炎临床疗效观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨采用肩关节松动术、理疗配合肩关节主动功能锻炼综合康复治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法 将127例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组65例和对照组62例,观察组采用中药熨烫、肩关节松动术、电脑中频和肩关节主动功能锻炼综合康复治疗,对照组只做中药熨烫和电脑中频治疗并根据医嘱自行肩关节功能锻炼。结果 经3个疗程治疗,观察组总有效率为98.46%,对照组为85.48%,组间总有效率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.367,P<0.01),且观察组痊愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.052,P<0.05)。结论 采用关节松动术、理疗和肩关节主动功能锻炼综合治疗肩周炎的临床效果明显优于单纯物理因子治疗,值得推广。
