[摘要] 本文阐述了中医“治未病”、亚健康的概念，明确了两者的关系，提出了在中医“治未病”思想指导下亚健康的防治可以采取的一些方法。中医“治未病”思想内涵丰富，在防治亚健康方面有其独到之处。

    [Abstract] In this paper, the concept of Chinese medicine “Treating Pre-disease” and sub-health was described, so the relationship between them was clarified.
