滋阴明目汤治疗干眼症的临床观察(1)

[摘要]目的观察滋阴明目汤治疗干眼症的疗效。方法将干眼症患者92例(184只眼)随机分为两组。两组均用泪然滴眼液点眼,观察组同时口服滋阴明目汤。观察用药前及用药后1个月患者主观症状积分、泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色等检查。结果观察组治疗前后比较,患者主观症状、泪液分泌、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色等积分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组主观症状积分和角膜荧光素染色积分减少(P<0.05),其他指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组与对照组各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药联合人工泪液治疗干眼症的疗效优于单纯人工泪液治疗,且更能发挥标本同治的作用。

Clinical study of ziyinmingmu (滋阴明目) decoction to treat dry eye syndrome

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo observe the effect of zinyinmingmu(滋阴明目) decoction on dry eye syndrome. MethodsThis is a randomized retrospective comparative case study.Divided 184 eyes from 92 consecutive patients diagnosed with dry eye syndrome into control group and observed group at random.The control group are treated with Tears Naturale eyedrops, while the observed group are treated with combination treatment of Tears Naturale eyedrops and Ziyinmingmu decoction. Assessment of subjective symptom, Schirmer I test (SIt), corneal fluorescence integral (FI), and Break up time of the tear film (BUT), were performed at pre-administration and 1 month post-administration. ResultsA total of 184 eyes of 92 patients who completed the 1 month follow-up were included for analysis.The observed group significantly improved in subjective symptom,SIt and FI,as well as prolongation in mean BUT after combination treatment. These improvements which compared with that pre-administration are evident(P<0.01). After treatment with Naturale eyedrops the control group only improved significantly in subjective symptom and FI (P<0.05), while the discrepancies of other indexes(SItand BUT) had no statistical significance(P>0.05). After treatment, there were significant differences in the improvements of all the indexes between the observed group and the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionsThe combination treatment of Tears Naturale eyedrops and Ziyinmingmu decoction has a better therapeutic effect than the single treatment of Tears Naturale eyedrops on dry eye syndrome.
