【摘要】目的 掌握内蒙古呼和浩特市引黄入呼后饮用水卫生现状，保障市民饮用水卫生安全，为政府决策提供科学依据。方法 对呼市供水基本情况进行调查研究，对2008-2009年水质监测结果进行统计分析，采用病例对照研究方法，评价引黄入呼后呼和浩特市饮用水卫生现状。结果 金河净水厂(引黄入呼水厂)净化处理手段落后，水处理工艺简单，不能对饮用水进行深度净化处理；部分水源井、二次供水设施、自备井存在污染隐患。2009年出厂水、末梢水、二次供水卫生状况较2008年有所下降，自备水卫生状况较好。结论 供水部门应引进先进的水处理工艺，对引黄供水水质进行深度处理。政府部门应加大对供水管网的改造力度，卫生部门要加大监督监测力度，保证各类水质的卫生安全，及时发现污染隐患。

Conclusion water supply departments should be the introduction of advanced water treatment processes, Yellow River water-depth processing. Government departments to increase the intensity of reconstruction of water supply networks, Health departments to increase the intensity of supervision, Guarantee water quality health and safety，Timely detection of contamination risks.
