砂炒对波棱瓜子有效成分、致腹泻以及保肝作用的影响(1)

     [摘要]为了研究砂炒对波棱瓜子有效成分、致腹泻以及保肝作用的影响,该实验采用HPLC分析波棱瓜子砂炒前后有效成分波棱甲素与波棱素的含量差异;以稀便率和腹泻指数评价砂炒对波棱瓜子总木脂素(total lignans, TL)致泻情况的影响;以CCl4急性肝损伤模型评价砂炒对波棱瓜子TL保肝作用的影响。HPLC分析结果显示,波棱瓜子砂炒后波棱甲素含量降低40.9%(P<0.01),波棱素含量无显著性变化。药效学结果显示,砂炒波棱瓜子TL高、中剂量组稀便率与腹泻指数显著低于同剂量生品波棱瓜子TL组(P<0.01或P<0.05);砂炒及生品波棱瓜子TL高、中剂量组均能显著抑制CCl4致肝损伤小鼠血清中ALT,AST水平的升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),但砂炒波棱瓜子TL高、中剂量组小鼠ALT,AST水平高于同剂量的生品波棱瓜子TL组(P<0.05)。结果表明,砂炒可有效缓解波棱瓜子TL致泻作用,但是同时也降低了波棱瓜子TL的保肝作用。

    hepatoprotection of Herpetospermum caudigerum

    [Abstract]To study the influence of stir-baked with sand on active ingredients, diarrhea and hepatoprotection of Herpetospermum caudigerum, the contents of herperione and herpetin in H. caudigerum before and after stir-baking with sand were analyzed by HPLC. The effect of stir-baked with sand on diarrhea of H. caudigerum TL was evaluated using the mean stool rate (MSR) and mean diarrheal index (MDI) and the influence of stir-baked with sand on hepatoprotective effect of H. caudigerum TL was examined using a mouse model of CCl4-induced liver injury based on the analysis of serum ALT and AST activities. The results of HPLC analysis showed the content of herperione in H. caudigerum after stir-baking with sand decreased by 40.9% (P<0.01) and the content of herpetin had no change. Pharmacodynamic results showed that the MSR and MDI of high-dose and middle-dose group of H. caudigerum TL after stir-baking with sand were significantly lower than that of high-dose and middle-dose group of H. caudigerum TL without stir-baking with sand; The high-dose and middle-dose of H. caudigerum TL with/without stir-baking with sand significantly alleviated liver injury as indicated by the decreased levels of serum ALT and AST, but the ALT and AST levels of high-dose and middle-dose group of H. caudigerum TL after stir-baking with sand were higher than that of H. caudigerum TL without stir-baking with sand. The results revealed that the stir-baking with sand could effectively relieve diarrhea effect of H. caudigerum TL, while it also reduces the hepatoprotection of H. caudigerum TL., 百拇医药(李娟娟 沈刚 尹蓉莉 沈成英 程玲 邱玲 韩晋 袁海龙)
