综上所述，TG能明显改善MCT诱导的大鼠右心室肥厚，其抗心肌肥厚作用部分是通过促NO途径实现的。心肌肥厚的发生发展是一个多因素参与的复杂的病理生理过程，TG抗心肌肥厚作用还可能与其它信号通路有关，值得进一步深入研究。
