廊坊大学生2005-2008年体质状况分析(1)

     【摘要】 目的 了解普通高等院校大学生体质纵向变化趋势,为制定针对性的措施提供依据。方法 运用客观测试方法,对廊坊市所有普通高等院校2005级大学生各项体质进行连续4 a跟踪观察,体质纵向变化资料进行统计和分析。结果 男大学生在校期间身高、体重及BMI变化差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);女生在四年级时体重显著增加(P<0.05),其余指标变化不明显。肺活量、台阶试验、立定跳远、握力以及肺活量指数均有显著变化,入学时各指标较低,第2,3年较第1年均显著增高(P值均<0.05),第4年又回落到第1年水平,第1年与第4年差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),第2年与第3年差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 廊坊市大学生体质变化呈低顶抛物线型,先增后降。可能与大学体育课教学、终身体育思想树立、毕业压力增大、疲劳及心理负担重等有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the longitudinal changes of physiques among university students in Langfang during the period of 2005-2008, and to provide evidence for the countermeasures. Methods The body mass, height, BMI, pulmonary vital capacity, vital capacity index, step test index, standing long jump, grip strength of university students in Langfang according to the standard of Chinese student physique test. The data was collected and analyzed in ANOVA method.Results The changes of height, body mass, BMI in university students both male and female during four year period were not significantly except female's body weight in 2008(P<0.05); All indicators in 2005 was relative low. Then they were getting higher in the next two years. They were getting lower again in the last year. The significant increments were found in vital capacity, step test, standing long jump, grip strength and vital capacity index from year 2005 to year 2006 and 2007(P<0.05). These indicators lowered down to the level of year 2005, there was no significant change comparing those in year 2005 with those in 2008.
