     摘要：目的建立双灵油中挥发性成分(薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑和桉油精)的质量控制标准。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法对制剂中薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑和桉油精进行定性鉴别，并用外标法测定制剂中薄荷脑的含量。结果薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑和桉油精4种成分均达到良好分离，薄荷脑在测定范围内线性良好，平均回收率为100.04%，RSD值为0.80%(n=9)。结论所建立的方法快速、稳定、可靠，可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。
