小叶锦鸡儿与朝鲜锦鸡儿总黄酮含量的比较研究

     摘要：目的比较锦鸡儿属植物小叶锦鸡儿与朝鲜锦鸡儿总黄酮的含量。方法以索氏提取法提取总黄酮类成分，以硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果小叶锦鸡儿与朝鲜锦鸡儿根的总黄酮含量分别为0.206%，0.146%。结论两种植物根中的总黄酮含量都较低(小于1%)，其中小叶锦鸡儿根的总黄酮含量高于朝鲜锦鸡儿根的总黄酮含量。

    Comparative Study on the Total Flavonoids Contents in Caragana microphylla Lam and C. koreana Nak.

    Abstract：Objective To compare the total flavonoid contents in Caragana microphylla Lam and C. koreana Nak roots.MethodsThe total flavonoids were extracted by Soxhlet extraction, and were determined by Al(NO3)3-NaNO2 spectrophotometry method.ResultsThe content of total flavonoids in Caragana microphylla Lam was 0.206%, and the total flavonoids in C. korea Nak was 0.146%. ConclusionThe total flavonoids in root of the two plants were all low, and it was higher in Caragana microphylla Lam than in C. koreana Nak.
