【摘 要】 目的 探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与脑梗死的关系。 方法 用散射比浊法测定82例脑梗死患者血清CRP含量，并与60名健康体检者进行对照，同时对脑梗死患者血清CRP水平与病情进行相关分析。 结果 脑梗死组血清CRP水平高于正常对照组(P<0.01);脑梗死不同临床分型间血清CRP水平比较:重型组高于中型、轻型组，差异均有显著性(均P<0.05);脑梗死预后好转组CRP水平低于无好转组(P<0.05)。 结论 急性脑梗死患者血清CRP水平升高提示病情重、预后差。适时减轻炎症反应损害，可以降低脑梗死的发病率及改善预后。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and cerebral infarc┐tion.Methods Serum C-reactive protein levels were measured in60healthy people who received medical examina-tions.We analyzed the relationship between the serum C-reactive protein levels and the severity of disease as well as outcome.Results The serum level of CRP in patients with thrombosis was higher than in normal controls(P<0.01).CRP levels differed significantly among different patients according to their conditions.CRP levels in the pa-tients with serious controls were higher than those of the patients with middle and light conditions(all P<0.05).CRP levels in patients with sound outcome were lower than those of the patients with bad outcome(P<0.05)).Conclusion The increasing serum C-reactive protein levels of patients with cerebral infarction predicts severe condition and bad prognosis.If relieving the inflammatory reaction in time ......
