     Analysis on Danshenrelated metabolites induced by Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in human serum

    【Abstract】 AIM: To detect Danshenrelated metabolites induced by Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in human serum and elucidate the possible metabolic pathway of those metabolites. METHODS: Column switchinghigh performance liquid chromatography was used to concentrate and separate the metabolites, which were detected by electrospray ionization trap mass spectrometry. The structure of the metabolites was analyzed by multistage mass spectrometry. RESULTS: Five new metabolites were found and their possible metabolic pathways were elucidated. CONCLUSION: This work has contributed to studying the intracorporal substantial foundation of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills. ......
